How to Initiate the Account Deletion Process?
• To initiate the account deletion process, please send an email to support@techowl360.com from your registered email address.
• If you wish, you can specify your reason for deleting your account within the email.

What Will Happen When I Submit a Request for Account Deletion?
After you submit a request for account deletion, you will lose access to your account and will not be able to engage with the app’s services, including accessing saved quizzes and credential leak check results.

Our support team will process your deletion request within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and its contents have been successfully deleted.

For regulatory and compliance purposes, we will retain certain data, including personal information from your account, for a limited period. Additionally, aggregated, non-personally identifiable information may be retained even after the deletion of your account.

Can I Stop the Deletion Request?
Yes, you have the option to cancel the account deletion request within 7 days of submission. To cancel, please send a cancellation request to support@techowl360.com from your registered email address. After 7 days, the account deletion process will be finalized, and the account and its data cannot be retrieved.
