Norwegian entities have been targeted in ongoing cyber attacks exploiting a vulnerability in Ivanti Endpoint Manager (EPMM). The attacks use malware to gain access to customers' networks and sensitive data. The flaw is in the way Ivanti EPMM processes certain requests, enabling attackers to execute arbitrary code and gain control of the system. Ivanti has released a patch to mitigate the issue and is working with customers to ensure the vulnerability is addressed.
